30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damaged Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipping to EU countries, you have 14 days right to cancel for any reason, no justification needed. Items must be unused with original packaging and tags.

Exchanges

Fastest method: return item and place new order once refund processed.

Refunds

  • Processed within 10 working days after inspection
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional time
  • Contact us if no refund after 15 working days

Regret Returns (7 days)

Not satisfied? Return within 7 days of receipt. Full refund within 30 days of us receiving items.

Defective Items (30 days)

Manufacturing defects? Return within 30 days. Email photos/videos of issue for approval.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs for approved returns via reverse logistics. Use original packaging or suitable box.
